Mark Fenwick
Senior Vice President, Corporate + Professional Services
Mark Fenwick is a recruitment professional with over 15 years of industry experience, providing temporary, permanent, managed service, contingent workforce and outsource solutions in both the UK and Canada.
Mark joined Impact Recruitment in 2014 with a focus on recruitment and business development. Since then, he has played an integral part in the development and expansion of Impact Recruitment’s corporate and professional services teams. In his current role, Mark manages several recruitment specialists and business developers in our Corporate + Professional Services teams.
By prioritizing long-term relationships with clients and key industry organizations, Mark’s partnership approach to professional recruitment has enabled him to grow his team significantly, expanding into new niche markets and servicing an increasing number of clients across Canada.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology (Leeds University), a Master of Arts in Criminology (Simon Fraser University), and a Graduate Diploma in Law (University of Westminster).

Brett Kuseler
Vice President, Corporate + Operations
For over 12 years, Brett Kuseler has made staffing and recruitment for senior finance and accounting professionals his primary focus. His vast industry knowledge and network, combined with extensive leadership and management experience, have set Brett apart from his competitors and have proved invaluable to the team of recruitment professionals he manages in his role as Vice President of Impact’s Corporate and Operations teams.
With a proven track record of providing excellent service and delivering highly qualified candidates, Brett has built exceptionally strong relationships with growing businesses. He has been involved with more than 600 placements throughout his career and is regarded as a highly capable, knowledgeable and trustworthy partner by his candidates and clients.
Brett holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Sociology (University of Ottawa).

Bret Masson

With an impressive background in business development and account management, Bret has successfully managed large, international accounts and is highly skilled at both building and maintaining client relationships.
In addition to working directly with Impact Recruitment’s crown corporation, financial services and NPO clients, Bret oversees a team of recruiters and business developers, providing coaching and mentorship as they help top businesses hire the professionals they need to support the continued growth of their respective organizations.
