Q: What made you want to join Impact?
A: When I met the leadership team, I got a really good vibe about the company, the culture and the people. I was excited about taking on a role where I’d learn the ins and outs of a new industry and manage business relationships, starting out with an impressive roster of existing clients. To be honest, it became obvious pretty quickly that Impact was the right spot for me.

Q: How did you decide to join Impact?
A: Once I started the interview process, it became obvious that Impact was the right choice. I was really impressed by the senior leadership team, everyone I sat down with seemed really passionate about their roles and about the company. I think the people I met during that stage is what really won me over, I wanted to be a part of it.
