Vice President, Corporate Services
Mark Fenwick is a Vancouver-based recruitment professional with over 13 years of industry experience, providing temporary, permanent, managed service, contingent workforce and outsource solutions in both the UK and Canada.
Mark joined Impact Recruitment in 2014 with a focus on recruitment and business development. Since then, he has played an integral part in the development and expansion of Impact Recruitment’s corporate and professional services teams. In his current role, Mark manages a large team of recruitment specialists and business developers in our Corporate Services Division.
By prioritizing long-term relationships with clients and key industry organizations, Mark’s partnership approach to professional recruitment has enabled him to grow his team significantly, expanding into new niche markets and servicing an increasing number of clients across Canada.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology (Leeds University), a Master of Arts in Criminology (Simon Fraser University), and a Graduate Diploma in Law (University of Westminster).
Director, Office + Operations
For over 12 years, Brett Kuseler has made staffing and recruitment for senior finance and accounting professionals his primary focus. His vast industry knowledge and network, combined with extensive leadership and management experience, have set Brett apart from his competitors and have proved invaluable to the team of recruitment professionals he manages in his role as Director, Office + Operations.
With a proven track record of providing excellent service and delivering highly qualified candidates, Brett has built exceptionally strong relationships with some of British Columbia’s top businesses. He has been involved with more than 600 placements throughout his career and is regarded as a highly capable, knowledgeable and trustworthy partner by his candidates and clients.

Strategic Account Manager, Crown Corporations | Financial Services | Not-for-Profit
With an impressive background in business development and account management, Bret has successfully managed large, international accounts and is highly skilled at both building and maintaining client relationships. In his current role as a Strategic Account Manager, Bret works directly with Impact Recruitment’s crown corporation, financial services and NPO clients to assist them in connecting with and hiring qualified candidates to support the continued growth of their respective organizations.

Senior Recruitment Specialist, Accounting + Finance
Taanvi Kukreja began her recruitment career in the health care industry, managing facilities in both British Columbia and Alberta. Over the years, Taanvi has developed into an accomplished Senior Recruitment Specialist, putting to use her broad understanding of the accounting industry across Canada. With 13 years in staffing and recruitment, plus over ten years’ experience in hands-on managerial roles, Lauren Tokawa has built a strong and loyal client base with the country’s top employers. Recruitment Specialist, Administration
Kayla Kokdemir’s background, which includes earning a Master’s in HR Administration and experience in in-house recruitment, makes her a perfect fit for her current role at Impact. As a Recruitment Specialist, Kayla helps skilled administrative professionals to take the next step in their careers.
Dedicated and passionate, Kayla is highly adept at understanding the unique motivators of the individuals she connects with. This has allowed her to build up an impressive network from which to source potential candidates for her clients’ growing organizations.
Kayla holds a Bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature (Istanbul University) and a Masters in Human Resources Administration (Fairleigh Dickinson University).
Recruitment Specialist, Marketing + Sales
David Lang began his professional career in digital advertising, before realizing his passion for recruitment several years ago. This prior experience has given David a unique perspective and a particular insight, allowing him to come up with creative solutions for a client’s every hiring challenge.
