Director, IT Division
Kristina Lee is an experienced recruitment professional based in our Vancouver office. As leader of our IT division, Kristina manages a group of dedicated recruitment specialists and business developers.
Beginning her career in an entry-level recruitment role and moving up the ranks, Kristina’s drive and dedication helped her forge an impressive trajectory in agency recruitment. Over the years she has developed extensive industry experience and knowledge of the growing tech sector in Canada. Her passion for the fast-moving, innovative world of IT never waivered, even when presented with opportunities to shift her focus to other industries.
After joining Impact Recruitment in 2018, Kristina’s industry expertise was fundamental in defining specific niches for a new and growing IT division. With proven success in the end to end recruitment process, Kristina is a hands on leader who has helped Impact Recruitment establish itself as a leader in IT recruitment in BC’s tech community and beyond.

Skye Smith is a highly-skilled technology professional, experienced in using software products and disruptive technology to grow organizations, projects and people.
Utilizing his background in IT infrastructure, Skye has the ability to quickly develop a rapport with both clients and candidates in the tech sector. In addition to driving businesses towards alignment, mindful growth and continued success, Skye works on critical internal projects and strategy development for Impact Recruitment.
Skye holds a Bachelor of Management (University of British Columbia). He is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner and a Certified Agile Leader 1.
Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, Natalia Garriok is passionate about supporting her clients’ growth and building long-term partnerships. With a background in marketing, Natalia develops creative solutions for even the most unique hiring challenge a business may face. Her dedication to providing top quality service has helped her successfully place talented professionals with numerous clients across the country.

With over six years of agency recruitment experience, Jennifer Nguyen is no stranger to the digital and technology sectors in Canada. Grace Mok has a broad understanding of the ins-and-outs of Canada’s tech industry.
