Director, IT Division
Kristina Lee is an experienced recruitment professional based in our Vancouver office. As leader of our IT division, Kristina manages a group of dedicated recruitment specialists and business developers.
Beginning her career in an entry-level recruitment role and moving up the ranks, Kristina’s drive and dedication helped her forge an impressive trajectory in agency recruitment. Over the years she has developed extensive industry experience and knowledge of the growing tech sector in Canada. Her passion for the fast-moving, innovative world of IT never waivered, even when presented with opportunities to shift her focus to other industries.
After joining Impact Recruitment in 2018, Kristina’s industry expertise was fundamental in defining specific niches for a new and growing IT division. With proven success in the end to end recruitment process, Kristina is a hands on leader who has helped Impact Recruitment establish itself as a leader in IT recruitment in BC’s tech community and beyond.
Kristina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Capilano University).

Senior Recruitment Specialist, IT Consulting + Digital Marketing
With extensive experience in the recruitment industry, Bridget O’Connor has enjoyed much success as both a recruitment specialist and an account manager. Prior to joining Impact’s IT division, Bridget’s focus was the legal sector, where she successfully matched top legal professionals with large national firms, local boutiques and in-house legal departments.
In her current role, Bridget’s background is an asset as she shifts her focus to the tech industry; helping leading organizations grow their teams with highly skilled IT professionals.

Senior Recruitment Specialist, SaaS + Ecommerce
Cynthia Vilchis is a Toronto-based recruitment professional who has spent more than 17 years in human resources and talent acquisition, experience which has allowed her to cultivate a large network of professional contacts from coast to coast.
In her current role as a Senior Recruitment Specialist with Impact’s IT Division, Cynthia’s focus is on SaaS and ecommerce. Her extensive knowledge of Canada’s tech sector and impressive background have certainly contributed to her continued success matching skilled professionals with exciting new opportunities in technology.
Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Psychology as well as a certificate in Human Resources Management (Ryerson University).
As a Recruitment Specialist, Gresa Rugova connects leading tech professionals with opportunities in software development, project management and business analytics.
