Corporate Services

The Corporate Services Division works with a range of clients including major corporations, not-for-profits, crown corporations and thriving small to mid-sized businesses in a wide range of industries.  Depending on your vertical, you will be recruiting for specialized roles in one of the core areas that make up a company’s headquarters or branch areas, including accounting, administration, finance, human resources, and marketing.



Our client base includes leading commercial and personal lines insurance companies and brokerages across Canada. Some of the positions you will be sourcing for include Adjuster, Branch Manager, Claims Assistant, Commercial Lines Broker, Personal Lines Broker, and Underwriter to name a few.



Impact Recruitment’s IT division sources highly qualified and talented IT professionals for a wide range of organizations. This division’s core roles include positions in IT Security & Audit, IT Support, Mobile Application Development, Networks & Infrastructure, Product Design, Project Management, Quality Assurance and Software Development.



Our client base includes leading law firms, local boutiques as well as national and multinational companies. This team has extensive experience managing the relocation process for candidates alongside our clients for roles that require candidates to be sourced outside of the client’s city or region.  Some of the core roles you would be recruiting for include  Skilled Trades, Millwrights, Power Engineers, Maintenance Managers and Director of Supply Chain.


Public Practice

Impact Recruitment’s public practice group is dedicated to sourcing highly qualified accounting professionals.  This division’s core roles include positions in Canadian Tax, US Tax, Cross Border Taxation, Public Company Audit, Private Company Audit, Assurance, SR & ED, Consulting, Cybersecurity and IT Security,  





You will spend 100% of your time working with the best candidates in your designated division and vertical. You will be empowered to build your own brand by creating a strong candidate network with a long view of placement.


You will be a part of a team with years of experience. You will receive exceptional marketing and administrative support. Unlike other agencies, you will work towards results, not transactions. You won’t just be making cold calls and you won’t be bogged down with administrative paperwork. If you love recruitment, that’s what you’ll do.





In your first year,  on-target earnings are in the range of $80,000 – $100,000 per annum.  An experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist at Impact can expect a competitive compensation package of $100,000+ per annum (on-target earnings). Other perks of working with us include:
