As a Manager of Administration, you will take on a leadership position overseeing and managing the various administrative functions across multiple offices including management of administrative staff.  Reporting to the VP of Administration, your day-to-day responsibilities include:


Office Management

·         Direct management and training of Office Manager and Office Administrator across Vancouver and Toronto offices

·         Management of assigned office budgets and asset management

·         Management of department duties and projects

·         Vendor management and negotiations

·         Managing commercial leases, insurance, and licenses


Company Development Projects

·         Assisting VP of Administration with company development projects

·         Special projects as assigned

·         Overseeing the corporate calendar

Requirements include:

·          Minimum two (2) years of managing an office with multiple branches/locations in a professional services industry

·          3-5+ years of directly managing a team of staff

·          Experience dealing with budgets, negotiation of contracts and commercial leases, vendor, and asset management

·          Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
