WHAT YOU’LL DO
With boots on the ground in Vancouver or Toronto, you’ll design and deliver learning and development programs, learning strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of these learning initiatives. You will lead a small but skilled team of training & development professionals across Vancouver and Toronto to start. This is a role where you will contribute with your ability to both design and develop blended learning materials, new hire onboarding and ongoing sales training for our recruitment and business development professionals, and facilitate a number of our key organizational leadership development programs. Your focus will be on continuing to deliver learning in a way that it becomes part of what we do at Impact, anywhere, anytime, on anything. You will building up our training team across North America as we continue to grow and as such travel will be involved This is a role for someone who wants to make a difference, improve leadership bench strength, drive innovation, and take learning to the next level.

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU
You’ll have 5+ years of demonstrable corporate sales training and development experience as a training professional in a fast-paced environment where agility, adaptability, and quality are key to success. You have experience developing sales training curriculum/programs and learning outcomes as well as experience delivering this sales training to sales professionals. You’ll have strong leadership qualities, including being able to coach and lead a high performing sales team across multiple locations. Your corporate sales training experience is from a B2B and/or professional services (ideally recruitment/staffing agency) industry. You’ll have proven experience developing and delivering learning, an understanding of the associated technology, and demonstrated hands-on delivery of e-learning within large organizations that ensure learning outcomes are optimized.
