Joining a close-knit team of 3 in their rapidly expanding office in Duncan, BC, our client is ready to welcome a new Administrative Assistant with open arms. Reporting directly to the Divisional Manager, your responsibilities will look like:

  • General administrative duties (handling with queries over phone/e-mail, handling incoming/outgoing mail, drafting and reviewing project documentation, issuing contracts, sending material lists to vendors)
  • Assisting project management team with change orders via communication with vendors and subcontractors
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Inputting data and information into the system
  • Filing invoices and assisting with invoice processing
  • Collecting and entering employee timesheets for payroll processing


  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in JONAS software is an asset
  • A team player and personable
  • Ability to multitask well


  • $50,000-$65,000 (depending on experience)
  • 100% coverage for dental and extended health
  • RRSP matching up to a maximum of 5%
  • 6 sick days per year
  • 3 weeks of vacation to start
