Our client is on the hunt for their next Commercial Property Administration who has a can-do attitude and is not afraid to go that extra mile! Our Client is based in Downtown Vancouver and is a well-established and well known property developer. They have been recognized for their great work through various different awards over the years, and there is no sign of this company slowing down.



We are seeking a self-motivated Property Administrator who is a strong team player and is someone who is able to prioritize tasks and is eager to learn and grown within the role. There is a lot of room for growth and development within the company if you are a hard worker and prove yourself.



You will be reporting to the Property Director and your main job responsibilities will be:


  • Assisting the Property Managers and Leasing team as required through the preparation of reports, forms, monthly payment letters, input for budgets etc
  • Assisting four of the directors with their daily admin needs from time to time, for example calendar management, expense forms and booking travel
  • Provide support for boardroom use within the office, including understanding of equipment and systems required for presentation purposes
  • Assisting with the set up of purchase orders in the Purchasing System and communicating the same to contractors and team members
  • Keeping track of tenant insurance – read and understand lease requirements, follow up with tenants and keep the tenant insurance binder and schedule of insurance list updated
  • General admin support like filing, copying, scanning, maintaining records and communication for staff/tenants
  • Maintaining filing systems, tenant records, contract binders, manuals and tenant database for addresses and contacts.


  • $53,000 – $60,000 per annum
  • Extended Health and Dental coverage starting from day 1
  • 3 weeks vacation
  • Bonus of 5-6%
  • Fitness Spending account


  • 3+ years experience as a Commercial Property Administrator (*must have experience with a commercial portfolio)
  • Experience using Yardi is an asset
  • Proficient computer skills. Microsoft Office – Work, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with tenant needs
