As Operations Supervisor working the afternoon shift at this large commercial property, you will be responsible for looking after a team of five direct reports. An important part of your role will be coordinating people. You will be responsible for taking the lead on processes such as conducting weekly meetings, supervising all Building Operations staff, as well as the hiring of new employees. You daily duties will also include coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, TI and new tenant construction projects, as well as materials procurement.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
– Salary of $70,000 to $75,000

– 3-5 years in Building Operations
– Experience in managing a team of 3 or more
– 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate (BOMI course an asset)
