THE REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in Civil Litigation in personal injury and/or wills and estate
- Be comfortable with a 1600 billing target
- Have a business/practice growth-oriented mindset
COMPENSATION
- $130,000 – $145,000 for somebody with 3-5 years of experience
- Exceptional incentive + bonus structure, both structured and discretionary
- Comprehensive benefits package
- 4 weeks of vacation
- Hybrid opportunity + flexible working hours
