Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

Your knowledge of construction and the company brand mean you will be the point of contact for all new build and renovation/tenant improvement projects – you will be ensuring quality remains as the company grows.

You will be based at the companies modern, brand inspired head office with its own bar. Working alongside the senior management team, all working towards the continued expansion and innovation of the brand.

Job Description:

As Construction Manager, you will work with franchise owners to create a functional, on-brand restaurant and bar space. Once project mangers and consultants for each site are hired, you will oversee them and provide support. To stay ahead of the competition, the restaurant experience evolves with each location, meaning change occurs regularly.

The ability to build working, professional relationships, provide support and communicate requirements is needed to be a success in the role. You will ensure all builds follow schedules, meet deadlines and costs are controlled. Once a site reaches completion you will undertake an inspection and ensure it meets all standards to open.

Working with franchisees, project managers and contractors you will be able to manage multiple projects and build strong relationships. Where the group owns the site, you will be project manager for all builds or renovations.


 – 7 years’ experience within construction, ideally retail/restaurant

 – 4 years’ experience managing 7+ projects

 – Experience within a franchise environment is desirable

 – Project Management qualification or evidence from working experience

Compensation & Benefits:

 – Annual Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

 – Vacation: 3 weeks
