ABOUT THE COMPANY

A family owned and operated company  with decades of experience creating desirable single-family residences, town-homes, concrete high-rises as well master-planned communities.  

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Create and maintain great customer relationships that best reflects the company image and brand
  • Assure service requests (deficiencies, warranty, or work orders) are addressed in accordance with company policies/procedures
  • Conduct homeowner walkthroughs
  • Use in house software for status reports
  • Perform repairs and or in show homes/display properties as required
  • Order and maintain supplies, equipment, parts and materials as needed to complete warranty service work; submit expenses

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 yrs customer service field experience  
  • Essentials to the role are proven communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Ability to perform home repairs with a high degree of quality and efficiency
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary: $65,000-$75,000
  • Vacation: 2-3 weeks
  • Benefits: medical, dental, paramedicals
