Intermediate Corporate Commercial Lawyer

We have the pleasure of working with a leading Surrey firm that is currently seeking intermediate Corporate Commercial Lawyers to join their team that has been consistently growing for the past several years.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This position would focus on a broad spectrum of corporate commercial matters, including but not limited to general corporate files, incorporations, company reorganizations, and dissolutions, various agreements, and more. In addition, there would be an emphasis on commercial lending files The incoming lawyer would have the opportunity to work alongside some of the best lawyers in the Fraser Valley, thereby getting exposure to hands on mentorship and high complexity files.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of dedicated general corporate commercial experience. Commercial lending experience considered a strong asset
• Be called to the BC bar and be in good standing
• Ability and interest in networking

COMPENSATION

• Competitive market compensation. Structure is highly flexible and open to discussion!
