Are you a Junior Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator with high rise experience? This opportunity will allow you to see through a mixed use tower project right from the beginning.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Believing in collaborating and fostering a team environment is critical to building their team and their projects. Being a growing developer, they also have an internal construction arm that builds out their projects. Having started out in Single family construction, they sought out the opportunity to acquire and build larger projects. They have grown to the point of specializing in luxury, multi-family / mixed use projects in metro-Vancouver with additional projects in their pipeline.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role you will be based downtown reporting to the Project Manager and/or the Director of Construction. You will be joining this project right from the beginning of construction and have the opportunity to see this tower to completion. With a growing pipeline of projects, there’s a future for you at this company.
ABOUT THE POSITION
You will be ensuring that all project management documentation is up to standard and ensuring the project runs efficiently and on schedule in addition to other project management duties. You will be working with the Superintendent, subtrades, consultants, and estimating teams to ensure smooth delivery.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience on a concrete residential / high rise project (full cycle construction).
- Ability to read and mark up construction drawings.
- Construction Education.
- Construction / Project Management Software
COMPENSATION
- Up to $110,000 annual salary (experience dependent).
- Health and Dental Benefits.
- 3 weeks vacation.
