ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is one of the largest independent brokerage in Western Canada. They are known for their dedicated team focused on delivering the best solution for customers, grown to 10 offices and over 200 people.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager will manage and build a book of business, provide expert advice to customers. Work closely with commercial department on leads, develop VIP markets and build a book.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Provide expert advice and ensure the best coverage for customers in auto, home, boat, recreational vehicles, and umbrella policies
- Manage all aspects of an existing book of personal lines clients, including reviewing, cross selling of products and remarketing
- Develop new business opportunities
- Respond to all customer and company inquiries by providing effective and efficient customer service to verbal and written enquiries
- Manage and process renewals on a timely basis and maintain high levels of client retention
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Level 1 Alberta license
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales and service Personal Lines Insurance
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance
- Strong work ethic
COMPENSATION
- Up to $85,000 salary depending on experience plus commission on new business
