This company is one of Vancouver’s most reputable firms in the Property Management industry. Within the next few years, the firm is on track to add another 400 units of highly-livable properties to their existing portfolio. Their spaces have been built and developed by the firm and are in close proximity to beaches, parks and gardens. The company cares about creating a positive place to work and finding opportunities for employees to grow. You will be working on a small, tightknit team that have a wealth of knowledge to learn from and truly want you to love your job.
While reporting to the Property Manager, your responsibilities will surround enhancing the tenant experience within two properties. You will gain exposure to both residential and commercial portfolios, while receiving mentorship from supervisors with over 10 years of experience in the field. Opportunities to be promoted to Property Management Assistant roles are available typically within a two year span.
Some of your duties will include:
– Creating positive and professional relationships with tenants
– Managing tenant filing and general phone correspondence
– Coordinating between different departments and assisting in accounting needs
– Coordinating with the maintenance team for building issues
– Key-fob entry scanning
– Being the face of the company and the first point of contact for tenants
– 1-2 years experience in Property Administration
– Previous experience in reception
