Assisting the Property Manager with all aspects of her role, you will work on both sides of the business, taking responsibility for the residential portfolio. Liaising with Building Managers for tenant requests and arranging access will be a part or your position, as will organising contractors for both residential and commercial maintenance. This will include calling the trades, such as electrician or plumber, out to site. You will also be working with the accounting staff for PO’s and rent increases, in addition to helping with correspondence and some marketing – for example brochures. Addressing tenant concerns across both portfolios will be another important part of this role.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

– Good Microsoft office skills – word, excel
