  • Receive all inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Provide administrative and documentation support
  • Drafting newsletters, reports, taking meeting minutes
  • Clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Coordinating with couriers
  • Support management with other administrative tasks as required

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should have:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related role (Receptionist, Administrative Assistant)
  • Experience working with a multi-line switchboard is desirable
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word
