Receptionists would typically be responsible for:
- Be the first point of contact for all clients who enter the office
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Provide administrative support
- Data entry of information into internal database
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Effective management of paper and electronic filing system
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should have:
- At least 1 year of recent working experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills – very polished and professional
- Experienced working with a multi-line switchboard would be an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Outlook
