The Opportunity:

The Receptionist / Office Adminstrator will be responsible for:

  • Greeting clients and guests as they arrive
  • Provide professional and friendly customer support by phone and emails
  • Responsible for sorting out mail and couriers
  • Additional clerical duties include filing, scanning, photocopying
  • Assist with administrative travel documentation for the company

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should have:

  • Previous experience working in an office environment in a similar capacity (Receptionist, Office Administrator)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be a huge asset
  • Comfortable working with computers
  • Have access to a reliable vehicle
