You will be a part of our awesome administration team! As a Recruitment Administrator, some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Delivering excellent customer service by greeting and registering inbound candidates
  • Responding to inquiries in a professional manner (phone calls, emails and correspondences)
  • Sourcing + screening candidates and drafting candidate profile presentations
  • Administering testing + background checks for prospective candidates
  • Data mining and database administration
  • Drafting and managing job postings
  • Providing light technical support for the AmbiMi platform
  • Dispatching Pros to jobs via the AmbiMi platform
  • Lead generation for business development purposes
  • Attending company events and/or coordinating and attending recruitment job fairs
  • Maintaining front and back of house to a high standard
  • Providing administrative support including management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Providing support for employee experience activities and events
  • Collaborating with multiple departments including business development, marketing, accounting, and technology teams
  • Assisting with projects as assigned

  • Completion of a Bachelors Degree or Post-Secondary education from an accredited University  
  • Ability to work on-site in an office on a full time basis (8:30 – 5 pm, Monday-Friday)
  • Professional business writing skills and communication skills
  • Demonstrable business knowledge
