Rough Job Description

This Site Superintendent role will evolve overtime as the community and number of ongoing phases evolves. Your focus will be multi-family wood-frame condos with the surrounding single-family being looked after by others. Within your assigned project your key areas of focus will include:

  • Organize site trades and junior staff to optimize the construction of the project
  • Work closely with the office team (Project Managers/Coordinators), CSO and Assistant Superintendents to effectively tackle the build
  • Review and stick to the project budget and find appropriate cost savings through value engineering
  • Balance the demands of the schedule with quality, safety and the above-mentioned budget
  • Run all trade meetings and represent the site at any consultant meetings and walk-throughs


  • 2+ years as a Site Superintendent in wood-frame multi-family construction
  • Experience on projects with 50 or more units in one development
  • A willingness to take on the safety role as well
  • Comfortable with construction technology – Microsoft Office suite at a minimum
  • Exposure to single-family construction is an asset
  • Skilled in leadership with a solid network of trades and vendors


  • Exposure to concrete construction
  • Training, education or certification in construction trades or technologies

Compensation Package

  • Salary from $105,000 and up (soft cap at $120,000)
  • Bonus plan to be reviewed during interview stage
  • Benefits plan including extended medical and dental
  • 3 weeks vacation
  • Reimbursements for mileage, cell phone and gym membership
