WHAT YOU’LL DO
At Impact, our account management professionals become masters of industry. You will leverage the recruitment power of specialized legal recruitment professionals, and you will project manage recruitment for your clients for various roles in the industrial, technical management, industrial skilled trades, logistics & procurement and warehouse sectors.
You will be empowered to build your own brand by making long-standing connections with industry leaders. Your role includes both maintaining and growing existing accounts as well as being a 'Hunter' by prospecting and developing new business. You’ll have the ability to directly influence the growth and success of our brand with clients in the food and beverage, forestry, and general and heavy-duty manufacturing sectors in Western Canada
You will be a part of a team with years of experience. You will receive exceptional marketing and administrative support. Unlike other agencies, you will work towards results, not transactions. You won’t be making collection calls and you won’t be bogged down with administrative paperwork. If you love account management and business development, that’s what you’ll do.
WHAT YOU’LL GAIN
In your first year, on target earnings are in the range of $60,000 – $80,000 per annum. An experienced Strategic Account Manager at Impact can expect on target earnings of $100,000+ per annum.

- Minimum one (1) year working in an agency recruitment role or fast paced B2B sales environment from a professional service industry
- Degree from an accredited university
