Senior Vice President, Corporate + Professional Services
Mark Fenwick is a recruitment professional with over 15 years of industry experience, providing temporary, permanent, managed service, contingent workforce and outsource solutions in both the UK and Canada.
Mark joined Impact Recruitment in 2014 and has played an integral part in the development and expansion of our professional services recruitment teams. Building the legal group from the ground up, Mark signed Impact Recruitment’s first law firm client in 2015 and since then has grown our client base to include leading law firms and in-house legal departments. In his current role, Mark manages recruitment specialists and business developers in our Corporate + Professional Services teams including the legal group.
By prioritizing long-term relationships with clients and key industry organizations, Mark’s partnership approach to professional recruitment has enabled him to grow his team significantly, expanding into new niche markets and servicing an increasing number of clients across Canada.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology (Leeds University), a Master of Arts in Criminology (Simon Fraser University), and a Graduate Diploma in Law (University of Westminster).
Associate Director, Legal, Canada West
As Associate Director with Impact’s legal group, Aaron oversees a team of recruiters and business developers specializing in placing qualified candidates into lawyer and legal support positions with leading law firms across Western Canada.
Throughout his career, Aaron has gained significant experience in sales, marketing, and business development, and is currently managing an extensive client network of leading law firms. Previously Practice Lead with Impact’s operations division, he also managed a large client base in the lumber, manufacturing, and food and beverage sectors.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (British Columbia Institute of Technology) and a Diploma in Marketing Management and Communications (British Columbia Institute of Technology).

With more than 20 years’ experience under his belt, Don is no stranger to the recruitment industry. He has successfully placed skilled professionals into both permanent and contract roles, and has worked with both enterprise and non-enterprise level clients in the banking, finance and tech sectors.
As Practice Lead for Impact’s legal group, Don plays a key role in the growth of this team and client base, assisting some of the country’s most prestigious law firms in the hiring and onboarding of top talent for their current and future vacancies. Using his vast knowledge and decades of experience in the recruitment field, Don also oversees a group of experienced recruiters, all with a shared goal for finding exceptional legal clients and talent alike.
Don holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (York University).
