Vice President, Corporate Services
Mark Fenwick is a Vancouver-based recruitment professional with over 13 years of industry experience, providing temporary, permanent, managed service, contingent workforce and outsource solutions in both the UK and Canada.
Mark joined Impact Recruitment in 2014 with a focus on public practice recruitment and business development. Since then, he has played an integral part in the development and expansion of Impact Recruitment’s professional services teams. In his current role, Mark manages the team of recruitment specialists and business developers in our Corporate Services Division including the public practice group.
By prioritizing long-term relationships with clients and key industry organizations, Mark’s partnership approach to professional recruitment has enabled him to grow his team significantly, expanding into new niche markets and servicing an increasing number of clients across Canada.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology (Leeds University), a Master of Arts in Criminology (Simon Fraser University), and a Graduate Diploma in Law (University of Westminster).
Practice Lead, Public Practice
As a Practice Lead, Colin Dolson manages a team of senior recruiters in our Public Practice group. Colin works with firms across Canada, connecting them with top accounting and tax professionals. His clients include some of the top public practice firms in the country, ranging from boutiques to leading mid-sized and large firms.
Colin has over five years of experience in employment services, having worked both for crown corporations and in the private sector. His dedication to building strong personal relationships enables him to fully understand his clients’ needs and support their growth year after year.
Colin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (University of British Columbia).
Senior Recruitment Specialist, Public Practice
Sarah Maloney specializes in recruiting designated public practice accounting professionals with a focus on tax candidates. She has over five years of recruitment experience and has successfully placed top professionals into permanent, contract and temporary roles.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (University of St. Andrews) and PGCE in Science with Chemistry.
Senior Recruitment Specialist, Public Practice
Rochelle Parker brings over a decade of in-house and agency recruitment experience to Impact Recruitment’s Public Practice team. With proven success in the end-to-end recruitment process, Rochelle is skilled at creating talent strategies and candidate pipelines, as well as providing interview coaching and client engagement.
Rochelle holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management (University of West London), is an Associate Member of CIPD UK and has a Certificate in CIPD Level 5 (Human Resources Management).
Recruitment Specialist, Public Practice
Leah Chapman works with Impact Recruitment’s public practice clients, sourcing skilled accounting professionals for their growing firms. With prior agency experience, Leah understands that being efficient and adaptable is a necessity in this industry. Working quickly to solve even the most unique hiring challenges faced by a client, she is dedicated to providing top quality service, which has contributed to her continued success placing talented individuals in exciting new roles.
Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy (Western University).
