Q: What made you want to join Impact?
A: When I met the leadership team, I got a really good vibe about the company, the culture and the people. I was excited about taking on a role where I’d learn the ins and outs of a new industry and manage business relationships, starting out with an impressive roster of existing clients. To be honest, it became obvious pretty quickly that Impact was the right spot for me.

Q: How did your journey with Impact begin?
A: I came in as a recruitment consultant, and that wound up being really helpful when I eventually transitioned into a business development role.
